FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The permanent versions are very tacky and adhere to most wall surfaces almost instantly and is for long term use. Make sure of your placement in advance as it does not allow for repositioning. The removable versions are designed to be removable from the wall surface either for repositioning or easy removal.
It is NOT recommended that you use stabilizers without a hanger to mount a frame on the wall. Stabilizers are designed to reduce frame movement once properly installed.
2 PictSure magnetic stabilizers are recommended for securing most frames. Placement should be at the bottom left and right corners of the rear the frame.
The 15mm small stabilizers are recommended for frames up to and including 15" in width and 24" in length. The 20mm medium stabilizers are recommended for frames up to and including 48" in width and 48" in length.

The magnets have strong magnetic fields and can have effects on electronic devices, credit cards and medical devices such as pacemakers. Use as directed for best results.
It is recommended that both the lower corners of the back of the frame and the wall where the frame will be placed be cleaned with rubbing alcohol to remove any dust or oils.
A butter knife, plastic spatula or credit card works well and doesn't damage the wall if used with care. Work the blade beneath the foam and gently pry it up from the wall. Remove as much of the foam layer as possible so only the adhesive remains. Rub your thumb over the remaining adhesive.
A removable version is recommended for use on walls with wallpaper. Care should be taken when removing from wall so as not to tear wallpaper.
It is not recommended for use on cloth covered surfaces.
